As a country, nature was particularly generous to us and, apart from fertile soil for various types of fruits and vegetables, it also gave us ideal conditions for growing truffles – mysterious mushrooms. Truffles cannot be seen with the naked eye, but can be found in the ground with a special type of dog that sniffs them underground and with a lot of knowledge. Angel Borisovski from Struga has that knowledge, who is dedicated to growing truffles and their propagation, as well as organizing truffle hunting in several locations across the country. This whole adventure is called “Angel’s truffles” and can be experienced by anyone who chooses this unique and exiting experience. This episode is dedicated to Angel and his “Angel’s truffles”.
